Our "house rules" want to be a little help in the way we imagine the management of our rooms and our inventory. In this way you will help us to be able to offer you beautiful accommodations in the future.
In general:
Are you missing something, do you need help? Then contact us with confidence! You can reach us on 01577/2850 434. Everything in your accommodation and on the befindet website can and should also be used by our guests. Please pay attention to everything, treat everything pfleglich and make sure your guests do the same. Please pay attention to very dirty shoes and turn off the lights when walking. Also remember that water is a precious resource.
In the kitchen:
Please note that dishes will only be put back in the cupboards if they are clean, and the same goes for cutlery, pots, pans and utensils that you have used. Waste and waste: Please separate the waste. Recyclable waste (yellow basket), residual waste (grey basket) and paper (blue basket) will be separated. The rubbish bins are located at the entrance to house 127.
Heat protection:
The walls are insulated according to the latest thermal insulation regulations. However, as heat can still penetrate the apartment through the windows (due to the sun's rays), we have equipped the windows with special curtains. It is recommended to close them during the day so that they can be kept cool in the evening.
Sorgfaltspflichten:
Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment. When leaving, make sure that the lights and electrical appliances, especially the oven, toaster, TV and stove, are turned off.
Rest periods:
For reasons of good neighborliness, we ask you to maintain your nightly rest from 22.00 to 6.00 and your midday rest from 13.00 to 15.00.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in our accommodation. Please understand that we also want to rent our non-smoking rooms. If you smoke on the street, please do not throw cigarette butts in the street, but in the trash cans.
The keys:
Please do not hand in the keys and always take them with you when you leave home. Lost keys must be reported.
Departure:
On departure, please leave our accommodation (until 11.00 am) as you found it. In case of late return we have to charge a separate day.
